Membership in the Sierra Nevada Balalaika Society is open to people of all races, religions and origins, who have an interest in and commitment to the preservation of musical and cultural heritage. As a member, your investment in the Sierra Nevada Balalaika Society provides a sound foundation for the excellence of and commitment to the preservation of our wonderful musical and cultural heritage. Musicians
If you are a musician with some prior experience in stringed, wind or percussion instruments, you may wish to consider joining the Society's orchestra. Prior experience on Eastern European instruments, while helpful, is not required. 'Loaner' instruments are often available.
